Last year I decided to make a visit to Parkdale to check out a house for sale, and also to see how the gentrification of the neighbourhood was going. I parked my car and within steps I almost interrupted a drug transaction on King St West. “Pardon me, carry on” I said, and continued walking along the street towards the open house. A young women, university-student age, in a fleece sweater and jeans approached me and asked “Cigarette?”
    “No, sorry.” I replied.
    “Blowjob, fifty dollars?” she asked.
Yes, Parkdale is certainly gentrifying. It used to cost much less.

They some what ruined it by not updating the kitchen otherwise it looks good.Staging was a smart move though since in helped increase the size of the smaller rooms.

I just posted a car for sale, and am going to ask the same question I’ve been getting. What’s your bottom line price?
