Every investor is different.

I’ll admit it: I love this show.
Million Dollar Listing is on HGTV and I can’t get enough of it.
I don’t watch reality television, and in actual fact, I really only watch sports and news, unless a show is available on DVD. But I’ll admit that after tearing this show apart on my blog last year, I’ve come to enjoy it.

This past Tuesday, the Bank of Canada announced that the prime lending rate would not be changed, although they hinted at an increase in July.
It’s not like the government would ever lie, right?
Change or no change, I have to stress: get a mortgage pre-approval!

An agent in my office sold a $9,500,000 property in Toronto last month, and I thought that was a lot of money.
Apparently, it’s not.
Apparently, it’s about a third of what some people spend on furniture…

Would you submit an offer on a property when there are multiple offers, and you know in your heart that you have no chance in hell of winning?
I wouldn’t, but a lot of buyers out there would….and do.
I think it’s a mistake to just throw your hat in the ring, and I’ll tell you why…
