Remember that episode of Seinfeld where Lloyd Braun wants to eat the hot-dog that’s been sitting in the movie theatre snack-bar since the Silent Era?

The snack-bar attendant says, “You’d have to be insane to eat that!”

Then Kramer sticks up for Lloyd and replies, “This is a perfectly sane food to eat!  One hot dog, please!”

Pre-Construction Nightmare!

I continuously promote the purchase of pre-construction condominiums & townhouses in Toronto as an excellent investment vehicle.

However, it doesn’t always work out in the end.

On Saturday, there was a terrific article in the Toronto Star that featured a few unlucky, would-be purchasers.

While I sympathize with their plight, I think they should have done their homework first…
