Okay, so maybe this video needs a PG-13 rating, but I’m sure we’ve all heard worse…

I’m almost certain I have the exact same tie as the cartoon guy in the video.

In fact, I have the same beige blazer too.

Too funny, I came across a $12M listing, that for all intents and purposes appears to be a Richmond Hill house that’s been transplanted to Etobicoke. When i saw it, I immediately thought about this video.
