David Fleming, the name (and the fingertips…) behind the Toronto Realty Blog was born and raised in Toronto. He attended Leaside High School, and McMaster University, where he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a Minor in Economics.
Upon completing University, he immediately enrolled in the OREA Real Estate College, and worked full-time with a home-builder to learn real estate from the ground up. Licensed to sell real estate in 2004, it wasn’t until he started Toronto Realty Blog in 2007 that he really found his niche.
Tired of the faceless salespeople who cheerlead every piece of property in the city regardless of its merit, David started TRB to create a space for real consumer advocacy. By providing honest information about the inner workings of the real estate industry, he has given consumers a forum for two-way communication in a complex and dynamic market.
I have a passion for writing and for real estate, put that together and you've got the Toronto Realty Blog!
My "Secret"? Living And Breathing Toronto Real Estate.
After ten years, 2,000+ blog posts, and a website that helped spearhead a new way for Realtors to interact with their clientele and the general public, Toronto Realty Group continues to set and accomplish new goals at the forefront of the industry.
David consistently ranks in the top 100 of the 50,000+ licensed Realtors in Toronto, and he holds the top spot as the #1 agent at Bosley Real Estate.
“Real estate is not my job; it’s my life. Call that courageous, or call it unfortunate, but in order to constantly service the clients’ needs in this competitive market, you have to live and breathe real estate.”
