TREb numbers have been released for August. You’re probably planning a post on this but just in case it gets lost in the fall market convos, I’m curious as to how condo prices actually went UP in the 416 this summer.

I’d agree…or even pre construction and all the newer perks they’re offering now ie everything upgraded, smart locks etc. Is that even worth it?
