Thanks for the shout out David! It’s ironic your mom calls me the den mom as I am often referred to as the secondary mom to my daughter’s friends as they are always over at our place. Although I’m not a teacher, I did lunch monitor at my daughter’s school when she was younger, watching over the kids at recess time. I enjoy reading your blog and commenting with my life stories. Lots of good useful information here today with your interview with Tony. We were lucky enough to pay off our mortgage a while ago but it’s always good to keep up to date with this topic.

Know it’s past due David and had hoped to put the question in but the past week was short and crazy workwise so couldn’t ask…
How about the rate comparison when comparing sub 5 year rates like a 2 year-3yr type of Fixed vs Variables out there

I know, I know.
The worst part is – I tested the sound before I filmed, and then I don’t know what happened. A squirrel ran up a tree, a raincloud formed, and the next thing I know, the audio sucks.
I have a lot of new gear here and now somebody who knows how to work it. 🙂

I thought it was funny though as I ‘think’ you’ve always started with the same, “How’s Business?”
Graham’s comment resulted in a photo of Bret The Hitman Hart though, so I think he takes first prize!
