Here is my second video in the appropriately-titled series, which you simply have to take with a grain of salt.
In this month’s video, we take a sarcastic look at the way properties in Toronto are under-priced, and how quite often, despite having a “set offer date,” those properties sell out from under interested buyers.
As with everything else in this series, please do NOT shoot the messenger…
I’m clearly not an actor.
I never know what to do with my arms.
It’s like they’re just stuck to my thighs.
At 1:09 of the film, it looks like my right arm is in a cast.
Alas, acting is clearly not my forte. I’ll stick to selling real estate, and once per month, gaining equal amounts of praise and scorn for this video series from my industry colleagues…

Australia to tackle high housing prices with fines, jail for illegal foreign home purchases
Now that would take some balls to implement that in Canada!

Drives the point home nicely. I would have priced the toothpaste $12.99.

#firstworldproblems ultimately, there can only be 1 buyer, so doesnt it matter who it is?? “interested buyers” should get their game on point, and not complain about being late to the party.

Just put a bid on a house.. close to the asking price.. the agent (agent of Remax) — declined the offers.. pulled the house off of MLS and within 48 hours put it back on for $250K more than original price… there’s a scam going on people…. within 48 hours this agent jacked the price by more than 30% of the house .. he took offers from people… then re-listed the house.. something doesn’t add up here.
