Would you agree that all one-bedroom condos are not created equal?

Sure, that’s almost rhetorical.

So, in the same vein, would you also agree that all four-bedroom, five-bathroom houses are not identical?

In my mind, there’s an ideal layout for a 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom house, with ideal features, ideal rooms, and an ideal range of lot widths and depths.

In reality, there are all kinds of variations of how a 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home looks when compared to a different 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home, and while it’s almost silly of us to critique houses that are priced as high as $5,195,000, that’s exactly what we’re going to do today!

It’s somewhat ironic that, as you’ll see in today’s video, my favourite of the five houses reviewed in this edition of Pick5 is the lowest-priced, but I truly believe that when you get to this level of real estate, finishes take a massive back seat to layout and functionality.
