In fact, condo townhouses were perfect for everybody who ever wanted a house but couldn’t afford one, and just didn’t feel like a condo apartment was enough.

But over the years, as buyers flocked to condo townhouses, the prices went crazy.  So crazy, in fact, that condo townhouses just about pulled even with comparable freehold, and it no longer made sense.

How are condo townhouses being priced so far in 2023 now that the market has changed?  That is what we’re going to discuss today!
