There’s been a lot of talk about London real estate on this trip, so in today’s Pick5, I want to show you five properties currently for sale in Central London, two condos and three houses, and compare these properties, locations, and prices, to that of Toronto.
We’ll be making comparison to the following Toronto areas:
- CityPlace
- King West
- Leslieville
- Davisville Village (or Leaside, for those chaps who don’t concur…)
- Rosedale
On the whole, London real estate is more than twice as expensive as Toronto, but in some areas where prices are much higher, the multiple is 3-4 times. Then again, London is home to properties in the $200 Million snack bracket, which Toronto doesn’t have at all. But we won’t be covering that today.
