I’ve been in real estate for almost two decades now and I don’t know if I’ve ever seen five houses for sale all on the same street.

That is, until I sat down to film this week’s episode of Pick5.

My intention was to look at houses along the Bloor Street West strip, perhaps dipping in and out of Harbord Village, The Annex, Seaton Village, Bickford Park, and maybe even Palmerston/Little Italy.

But as I began to compile a list of houses, I noticed a pattern: five houses on the same street were for sale!

I’m a big fan of “firsts” here on TRB, so today, let’s look at five houses on the same street for the very first time in an episode of Pick5.

Clinton Street runs north/south from Dupont Avenue through Seaton Village, just next to Christie Pitts, down through Palmerston and Bickford Park, and south of College into Little Italy.

There are lots of great houses on the street and today we’re going to look at five of those houses priced anywhere from $1.8M all the way up to $3.5M.
