A condo townhouse is supposed to be a cross between a typical apartment-style condominium and that of a freehold like a semi-detached home, right?
The best of both worlds, really, and truly?
To the right buyer at the right time, that’s true. But a potential buyer recently told me, “All condo townhouses are the same,” and even went on to describe condo towns as “cookie-cutter.”That simply couldn’t be further from the truth.
There are a couple dozen notable condominium townhouse complexes throughout the downtown core, and today, I want to compare and contrast five different units, in different complexes, and show you how many variations can exist. Size, style, layout, features, finishes, outdoor spaces, rooftop spaces, multi-level layouts, lower-level layouts, and through many different neighbourhoods.
I assure you: this episode of Pick5 will be anything but cookie-cutter.
