How much value do you place on not sharing a wall with your neighbour?

In some areas of the city, the gap has shrunk to less than ten percent.  I might argue that detached houses have never been cheaper on a relative basis.

So today, I want to show you five detached houses, all 3-bedroom layouts, in five different neighbourhoods in Toronto, and we’ll compare and contrast the size and condition of these houses, the prices respective to locations, and of course, what this house might cost if it were of the semi-detached variety.
