There are deals to be had toward the tail-end of this fall real estate market, and I believe that the entry-level condominium market is the most vulnerable.

If you’ve noticed a theme of late among our Pick5 videos, it’s likely that we’re talking about value.  We’re talking about opportunity, and we’re talking about prices.

In today’s episode of Pick5, I want to search the downtown core for the lowest-priced condominiums available.  We’ll have a look at anything under $500,000, of which there are a lot more than there were at this time last year.

But the fun part about this week’s episode is – I haven’t picked the properties yet!  You and I will search MLS together, via the “Map Search” option, and scroll through hundreds of listings, looking for five that pique our interest.
