I’ve gone on record saying that I think September will be a slower month than October simply because I think so many sellers want to “wait and see” how the market looks, and thus nobody wants to list now.
In today’s Pick5, I want to test this theory.
So in lieu of actually picking five properties to look at, we’re going to look at everything that’s been listed this week on the lower east side, and ask three questions:
- Is this a new listing, or is this a re-list?
- Is there an offer date for this listing, or is it offers any time?
- Is this what we would call a “quality” listing?
