What do you want first: the good news or the bad news?

The bad news is, this is going to be the last Pick5 of the year.

The good news is, we’re going to follow suit from the last Pick5 over the last several years and look at what I call “fantasy houses” throughout the GTA.

What is a fantasy house?

Well, I suppose if you’re renting a basement apartment, then any house is a fantasy house!  It’s all relative, right?

But for today’s purposes, we’re going to set the bar at $8,000,000 as we search on MLS together, and when all is said and done, we’ll hone in on five properties listed between $13,950,000 and $28,000,000.

What I found really interesting about today’s exercise – as I noted later in the video, is that no matter how expensive a home is and how truly unaffordable it might be to you or I, we can still critique it!  Just becase a house is $18,000,000 doesn’t mean we have to love everything about it.
