We all know that the Toronto real estate market has softened, but I remain shocked at the value that exists right now in what was once the toughest market segment to break into: Freehold Under $1 Million.

In today’s Pick5 video, I’m going to show you five houses which are all available under $1,000,000, four of which are “offers any time” and only one of which has an offer date.

These properties range in size, condition, fit-and-finish, and location, but all five offer incredible opportunities in a price range that used to be the single-most competitive in the city.
