Freedom of Freeholds
Freehold homes, on the other hand, offer more freedom. You get your own outdoor space, a lawn, and perhaps even a basement. No shared walls, no waiting for elevators, and it’s your property to personalize as you wish. Of course, with this freedom comes responsibility – all the maintenance is on you.

Houses and condos often behave differently in the market. While both can be great investments, their values can fluctuate independently based on various factors.
