What street do you live on?
How long is it? How well-known is it? How many people walk up and down the sidewalk every day? Come to think of it, do you even have a sidewalk?
For those of you that live in condos, today’s theme still applies. Somewhat.
But for those of you who live in single-family dwellings, what I want to talk about today is: how busy is your street?
I suppose the secondary question is: do you care? Is a quiet, leafy, tree-lined street something you always dreamed about? Or did you relocate from a classic European city where the streets are barely wide enough to fit a Yaris and thus, you’re not expecting to live on the likes of King Georges Road in The Kingsway?
In today’s Pick5, I want to showcase houses that are located on busy streets. Some of you couldn’t care less, and for others, the street makes all the difference.
What’s the discount for a house on a busy street? We’ll talk about that and more in today’s video.
