We’re a full week into the month of December now so, just as it does every year at this time, the Toronto real estate market is about to pack it in for the year.But there are still properties on the market, right?

Of course!

And many of these homes and condos are great!

But why are properties sitting?  More importantly, why are some properties sitting for 60-days or more?

That’s what we’re going to explore in today’s episode of Pick5!

Today, I have chosen five freehold homes spread out through the central core, all of which are at least sixty days on the market, and some of which have been listed previously as well.

All these homes are great in their own right, but why have they been sitting for so long?
