In last week’s episode of Pick5, we looked at two-bedroom condo-townhouses and compared and contrasted the different styles, sizes, layouts, number of levels, types of outdoor spaces, and the functionality that each unit offered.

In today’s episode of Pick5, I want to continue the townhouse theme, but I want to look at townhouses that are “next level.”

What does next level mean?

Well, for one thing, it means a much higher price point!

That also means more bedrooms, more bathrooms, more levels, and more square footage.

But it also means freehold as opposed to condominium, and it means looking at the classic “infill” style of development where previously unused or underutilized land is repurposed for new residential development.

This episode will be quite interesting as we have to kiss a couple of toads in order to find the prince.  But what else is new in the world of Toronto real estate?
