And while we don’t look at $10,000,000+ properties on Toronto Realty Blog very often, I think it’s fair to say that some of the $10,000,000+ houses available in Toronto right now will have you saying, “What?  That?  There?  Really?”

Really.

Once upon a time, you might not expect to see a $12 Million house listed for sale on the same street as a $2 Million house and a $3 Million house, and yet, here we are.

Once upon a time, you might not expect to shell out $14 Million for a 50 x 150 in Forest Hill, but there’s no shortage of $10,000,000+ houses available in the GTA right now, and not all of them are 15,000 square foot houses on five acres in King City.
