Today, I want to show you five lofts for sale that would ordinarily have me saying, “The market is going to love this!” except that all five have at least one asterisk that makes me think twice.

Based on the heat of the market out there, I’m sure they’ll sell.  But maybe, just maybe, not with the ease that we’re accustomed to, and the ease we might otherwise expect with a seemingly “hot new loft listing.”

Let me show you where I think these five properties might have some issues.
