Eariler this year, anything under $1.3M was a nightmare.  Many of these houses were being listed at $899,000 and ended up with 20+ offers.

However, the market has changed, as we all know.  And all of a sudden, I’m seeing freehold houses not only listed under $1M, but actually available under $1M.

So in today’s Pick5, I want to show you five houses listed between $899,000 and $999,000, none of which have offer dates, and all of which are actually available at or below the list price.
