Folks, as I’ll explain in today’s Pick5, I’m actually worried about the 2022 real estate market because I think once it catches fire, those flames will be impossible to extinguish.  There’s nothing for sale, and those properties that did come out this week are going to set records.  Then moving forward, every successive sale achieves a higher and higher price.
