Would you be surprised if I told you that there were some pretty good deals out there in the market right now?

Probably.  In fact, it’s been a long, long time since we’ve said that about the Toronto real estate scene.

I’ve got a semi-detached, 3-bedroom house coming to market next week, and so I decided to take a look through the central core and see what prices are like for similar 3-bedroom semi’s in other areas.

And do you know what I found?

Some pretty darned-good deals!
