Today, I want to look at five townhouses in the greater Oakville area, not only looking at the space, layout, features, and finishes, but also looking at what comparable properties have sold for.  For some of these townhouses, we’ll look at what sold last month, and for others, we’ll look at what sold in February.  As I told my client today who was the inspiration for this topic – there are some serious deals to be had out there right now!
