Or have you ever seen a posted price for a particular house or condo and thought, “Nice, but not where I’d spend my money?”

The higher you climb the property pricing ladder, the more likely you are to find properties that you admire but for which you can’t justify the price, at least not relative to where you would choose to live.

In today’s Pick5, I wanted to explore that theme!

So I chose five really cool and very unique properties on the west side, all of which have extremely admirable qualities, but all of which would require a particular buyer.

We’ll explore the pros and cons of each property and then talk about what else we could buy at those respective prices.
