Charles Street is a prime location, steps to Yonge, and a stone’s throw from the subway, Yorkville, and a host of major attractions.  And yet, for some odd reason, I have never sold to a buyer on Charles Street, even after all these years!

Why is that?  I’m not sure.  I’ve shown condos here; I’ve just never had a buyer pull the trigger.

So in today’s Pick5, er, Pick6, as you’ll see, I want to explore Charles Street and the condominiums that live there.  I want to look at the type and style of units, the prices, and the reasons why one might want to call this home, or not, as the case may be.
