If I asked you which neighbourhood in the downtown core has seen the most residential development in the last two or three years, what would you guess?

CityPlace?  Canary District?  Fort York?  Waterfront?

All fair guesses, but I wouldn’t put my chips on the table for any of those.

If I had to guess, in this inexact scient of a game, my money would be on Liberty Village.

A few years ago, I went down there and filmed a video where I pointed out five or six towers under construction, and posted this on my blog.

Well, time flies.  It’s been a minute.  And today, all of those condos are complete, and Liberty Village has expanded in size, stature, and geographic boundaries as there are now condos east of Strachan Avenue.

So in today’s Pick5, I’m going to show you five two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos that are currently available for sale and pull no punches with respect to the newer developments which are higher priced and offer far less value than the older buildings.

I mean, since when is a 2014-build condo “old” anyways?
