It’s one of the most prestigious residential areas in the central core and home to some incredible vintage homes, as well as some exceptional new builds.

You also should be familiar with the area because, as you’ll see in today’s Pick5, we just featured this area in early-2023.

What can I say?  It’s an awesome area, I love the houses out here, and I always choose my Pick5 based on the proverbial flavour of the week.  And this week, a client called me and said he believes the time is right to move his family into the ‘hood, so I figured: let’s have a look!

And I invite you to join me on the tour.  In today’s Pick5, we’ll see houses priced from just over $1.5 Million to just shy of $6 Million.  That’s the other thing I love about the area: the massive difference between housing styles, sizes, and prices.
