What would you think about living in Trinity Bellwoods Park?

Well, I mean, not in Trinity Bellwoods Park, because that would be weird.  But I mean in Trinity Bellwoods Park area, which is really just a name that surrounding residents have bestowed upon their neighbourhood.

“Trinity Bellwoods” isn’t as far north as Little Italy, it isn’t as far west as Beaconsfield Village, and it isn’t as far south as Queen West

It’s just…Trinity Bellwoods!

Ask the people who live in the area, they’ll tell you.

And they’ll also tell you just how sky-high the real estate prices have grown in recent years, wow!  Once upon a time, a $3,000,000 house would only be found in Forest Hill, Rosedale, or Lawrence Park.  But today, they’re found in the Trinity Bellwoods area routinely.

So today, I’ll show you five houses in the area that range wildly in price from just over $1 Million to upwards of $4 Million, and we’ll see how the value proposition stacks up against other areas.
