Did you know that Queen West was rated the “second-coolest neighbourhood in the world” by Vogue?

I did.

In fact, I’ve known this for nine years because that’s when Vogue first gave Queen West this unique distinction!

And here we are, in 2023, with real estate agents still using this in their marketing of Queen West houses and condos.

Perhaps some awards simply don’t age?

Queen West has changed a lot since I was frequenting the nightlife in the area about fifteen years ago, with thousands of new condominiums having been built since then.

So in today’s Pick5, why don’t we look at five condos currently available for sale, in five different buildings, and compare and contrast the locations, building ages and styles, and sizes and prices of the units?

We’ll look at two newer buildings and three older buildings, not to mention two of the most iconic buildings in the downtown core.
