When it comes to downtown Toronto condos, there are always new listings that make me do a double-take.  No exaggeration here, folks.  I often double-check and ask myself, “Is that million-dollar condo really only 600 square feet?  That can’t be right!”

But it is!  And it’s true!  There are condos listed for sale in the downtown core right now with prices that I would never, ever entertain, and I honestly wonder who is going to buy them.

$1,500 per square foot, $1,600 per square foot, and how about over $1,700 per square foot to live in a not-so-great location, in a condo with a brutal floor plan?

I don’t understand.  I really don’t.
