For the last couple of years, we’ve been praying for more inventory.  And guess what?  It’s finally here!

But the net result this fall is that, unlike in previous markets, some houses aren’t selling on their scheduled “offer nights,” and are being terminated and re-listed for more money a few days later.Why is that?

Well, in today’s Pick5, we’re going to answer that exact question.  Which properties are failing to sell, and why?  Is it location, price point, property style, or the caliber of home?  Does it have to do with the listing agents or the listing strategies?  Or is it all of the above, or some other reason, still?
