    I grew up across from Norwood Park, attended Malvern, and ate a lot of awful donuts at the Dip and Sip! It was a relic. Decrepit and often disgusting but felt like home!! The Alpine is another story. NSFW!!

    Some haters on the YouTube comments FYI. Dunno why ppl act like that.

    Fair to say that every condo was at some point another historical haunt.

    I used to go with my mom down to the post office at Millwood and Laird once a week back in the 80’s and 90’s and it was turned into a condo last year. No surprise there.
