Welcome To Leslieville!

May 25, 2023

What do dancing, Kevin Bacon, and Leslieville have in common?

They’re all mentioned in my Pick5 today!

While the theme today is Leslieville and the wide range of housing sizes, styles, and prices therein, we will also discuss one of the greatest movies to come out of the 1980’s, and if you don’t already know what 1984 class I’m talking about, then it’s unlikely that we will ever be best friends.

Leslieville is one of the most mislabelled Toronto neighbourhoods from a geographic standpoint, or, perhaps let’s say that most people who live outside of, around, or next to Leslieville simply like to pretend they live within the boundaries.

What boundaries?  Well, let’s ask Google Maps first, then I’ll define the area in my own way.

Within Leslieville proper, we’re going to look at five houses ranging in price from $1,089,000 all the way up to $3,249,000, while viewing three houses with offer dates, and two houses without.  We’ll see a mix of semi-detached and detached, while looking at houses on both busy streets and quiet streets.

Welcome to Leslieville where houses truly come in all different shapes, sizes, and prices.

Now, to quote Kevin Bacon, “Lets’ DANCE!”
