When I was browsing 1-bedroom units the other day, I had trouble making sense of a 490 square foot condo priced at $650,000.  Who’s buying this?

So today, I want to show you five 1-bedroom condos currently available for sale in Liberty Village, two of which represent great value, two of which represent awful value, and one which isn’t egregiously-priced but based on their laughable floor plan, I wouldn’t touch it.

This is the story of the downtown market right now.  There are some great listings but there’s also a whole lot of junk.  Let’s sort through that mess together and cast the junk aside.
