Moving On Up!

I’ve had one foot out the door of my condo for, oh, I’d say about two years now.

Combine my extreme obsessive compulsive disorder with my thoughts and opinions as a Realtor, and result is that I simply cannot find the “perfect” condo for myself.

The truth is: I’d love to be movin; on up!

The Friday Rant: CityPlace As A “Ghetto”

This week, an article appeared on Eye Weekly’s online newspaper called “Ghetto Fabulous.”  It was a follow-up to last week’s cover story in which I was quoted as saying that CityPlace will be a “ghetto” in twenty years.

Last week, I received a call from a young lady that wasn’t looking to be my client, but wanted my advice nonetheless.  I told her to take the deal and run with it…

Cleaning Up The Streets!

I was on my way to Jason George for brunch last Sunday morning when I saw a “City of Toronto” truck driving around and picking up all the real estate street-signs!

The back of the truck had about 15-20 signs for pre-construction projects such as Market Wharf, Post House, Trinity Lofts, and others.

I don’t exactly disagree with cleaning up our streets…
