The use of so-called Escalation Clauses and the rediculous fact that a Listing Brokerage or the Listing agent does not have to prove or disclose the next best Offer they used to invoke the winning buyers Escalation Clause to push up the final sale price.

How about a column on East vs. West?
Or “will downtown ever be the same?”; last I looked Go Train weekday traffic was still under 50% of pre-pandemic levels.
Or, “why so many ‘avenues’?”, as opposed to streets or roads?
Or “should the #1 Subway line only stop at Summerhill and Roseadale if the driver feels like it?”, since nobody from there would be caught dead using public transit.
Or “what’s the best (commercial) neighbourhood?”
How about exploring why lots of people say “my kids can’t afford to buy here/there/ever” but home ownership percentages have stayed the same for decades.

How about some commentary on the media coverage which is basically saying we are headed for a real estate apocalypse. They tend to push the envelope with the truth but maybe just an update on what’s happening.
